ZVL AUTO has manufactured bearings in Presov for more than 55years beginning in 1959 when bearing manufacturing was separeted from the ZKL Brno-Lisen plant in Czechoslovakia.
At present 228 types of ZVL tapered roller bearings are produced, include:
- 178 types of bearings in metric dimensions produced according STN and ISO,
- 31 types of bearings in inch dimensions,
- 19non-standard types
Standard tapered roller bearings ZVL are manufactured in the following design series: 302, 303, 313, 320X, 322, 323, 330, 331 and 332.This assortment increases according customers requirements.
Installed technology allows production of tapered roller bearings in range
- outer diameter from 35 to 300mm
- and inner diameter from 15 to 190 mm.
Single-row tapered roller bearings have been designated for a wide range of applications such as automobiles, trucks, tractors, agricultural machinery, rolling-millls, construction machinery, gearboxes, transmissions and axles.
Next to home made bearing production under brand ZVL we offer also other bearing brand ZVL-TSB. With these bearings we want to reach less demanding customer, whom we guarantee the quality with ours laboratiories and quality control department.
